Shipping Policy
All instruments will be shipped via UPS and should arrive in the standard 3 to 5 business days ground shipping.
Refund Policy
All instruments are refundable at the customer's request. The purchaser will be refund to the form of original payment within 3 to 7 business days. There will be no checks mailed.
If the customer wants to exchange an item they must return the item to the store via shipment and will either pay or be refunded the difference of cost of items and shipment.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
If you are attempting to cancel the order it must be canceled before the item has been confirmed as shipped.
The instrument must be repackaged and shipped to the proper address
